We want you to be completely satisfied with our training services that you experience with us. If for any reason you wanted to cancel the training program booked, we offer a refund according to the following policy:

• Training course registrations will not be confirmed until registration is complete and billing information is received in full.
• In order to cancel or reschedule a confirmed training please submit an email request info@gineesoft.com
•  Any cancellation initiated before 15 days before training starts, you are eligible for a full refund of the amount paid.
• No Refund will be provided for the cancellation done in the last two weeks before the training starts.
• No Refund will be provided if you are unable to attend the training program on any occasion. the customer is entitled to reschedule for a future training course.
• Gineesoft Solutions reserves the right to cancel any training course due to insufficient enrolment at least 3 days in advance of the scheduled course date. Notice will be provided with the option to reschedule for a future course date or to receive a full refund of registration fees.
• Gineesoft Solutions is not responsible for any expenses incurred by the customer if a training course is cancelled.
• If a training class is cancelled due to any unforeseen circumstances such as weather or natural disaster, the customer is entitled to reschedule for a future training course.

If you need to cancel your order, please contact us at info@gineesoft.com as soon as possible. If your order has not yet been processed, we will cancel it and issue a full refund. If your order has already been processed, we may not be able to cancel it. In this case, please refer to our refund policy.
